Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Contact information: Your name, email address, and any information you choose to share when contacting us.
• Scheduling information: Information you provide when booking a conversation or coaching session through Google.
• Client information: Information you share during coaching, along with relevant notes and records of our work together.
• Payment information: Billing and transaction details provided through Stripe, our payment processor.

Our website does not currently require visitors to create accounts or submit information through website forms.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct coaching sessions, process payments, maintain business records, and communicate with you about our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and Third-Party Services

We use established service providers to operate our business.

Google provides email, appointment scheduling, video meetings, and document storage. When you book a conversation, Google collects the information needed to arrange your appointment.

Stripe processes payments securely through its own payment pages. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number. Stripe provides us with transaction and billing information needed to manage payments, refunds, and client accounts.

Notion may be used to store coaching notes.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers our website. Like other website hosting providers, it processes technical information, including IP addresses, necessary to operate and protect the site.

These providers handle information according to their own privacy and security practices.

Session Recordings and Notes

Coaching sessions take place by video on Google Meet, and we record them. Recordings are stored with Google. We keep notes about our work together in Google Docs and, in some cases, in Notion.

We review recordings and notes to support our coaching work, including with the help of an AI-based coaching tool.

Website Tracking and Cookies

We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics on this website.

Our hosting provider may process technical information and use essential security technologies to operate and protect the website. We do not use website information to track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising purposes.

Because we do not conduct cross-site advertising tracking, browser Do Not Track settings do not change our current website practices.

If our use of cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies changes, we will update this policy.

Coaching Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential. We do not disclose what you share during coaching to other clients, employers, or outside parties without your permission, except when disclosure is required by law, necessary to address a serious safety concern, or otherwise legally permitted.

We may maintain private notes and records to support our coaching work. Coaching confidentiality is a professional commitment, but it is not the same as the legal privilege that may apply to certain relationships with licensed professionals.

Information Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including using established service providers and restricting access to business records.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of when practical.

No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Information and Choices

You may contact us to ask what personal information we maintain about you, request a correction, or request deletion.

We will review and respond to your request, subject to any information we must retain for legal, accounting, contractual, or other legitimate business purposes.

Our website and coaching services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
